This function differs from ps4000aGetTimebase only in the type of the

timeIntervalNanoseconds argument.

Arguments

* timeIntervalNanoseconds, on exit, the time interval between

readings at the selected timebase. If a null pointer is passed, nothing

will be written here.

All others as in ps4000aGetTimebase.
